I hereby acknowledge, accept and agree that as part of my membership, I will be involved from time to time in events organised by IBV supercar club. In that regard I shall hold harmless IBV supercar club. It's holding company, it's shareholders, subsidiaries, directors, partners, members, employees, agents including my passengers against all or any claim that may arise out of loss, theft, damage, or personal injury suffered by me or my passengers during my membership and participation in any event whether, incurred directly, indirectly, negligently or via any omission. By my participation in this event I consent to IBV supercar club using pictures of my partners, passengers, vehicles and myself in any and all marketing mediums used by IBV Supercar Club.
