I hereby acknowledge, accept and agree that as part of my participation in the above event, I shall hold IBV Supercar Club its holding company, shareholders, directors, partners, members, employees, agents including my passengers or any third parties harmless against all or any claim that may arise out of loss, theft, damage, or personal injury suffered by me or my passengers or any third parties during my participation in this event, whether incurred directly, indirectly, negligently or via any omission. By my participation in this event, I consent to IBV using pictures of my partners, passengers, vehicles, and myself in any and all marketing mediums used by IBV. I hereby state that I have chosen to take part in the activity being offered by the indemnified party of my own free will. I assume full responsibility and the consequences thereof for my participation in this
